I needed to write a professional but still intermediate rock guitar solo for a customer of mine. He wanted to have a solo of 16 bars for an arrangement in his orchestra. It's a solo over a Eb minor chord and I took really standard phrases since my student is an intermediate guitar player. The only real difficulty is the speed but this solo might give some ideas for you guys. There is an audio track added where you can here how it should sound.
