Here is a selection of 4 tapping licks in the key of Am. You can use them in any genre but I guess in rock guitar it fits most and if you want to go for the tapping technique of Eddie Van Halen please use your index finger of your tapping hand to tap in the note marked with a " T " - when I do it with my pic in my hand I normaly use my middle finger and still hold the pick to continue playing after the tapping sequence but this is up to you. Maybe check both techniques.Free -
