Admin admin Posted August 6, 2020 Admin Report Share Posted August 6, 2020 Here you can learn an guitar duo version of Samba Pa Ti by Carlos Santana. Since many of you might don't have a latin rock band in the near neighbourhood but for sure a buddy who plays guitar I thought it would make sense to create a version for you which works in a guitar duo. Best would be with an acoutic nylon guitar and an electric guitar but it works with any guitar. Here are the chords which the rhythm guitar has to play. In the tutorial I show you how you can do that. It's a bossa nova rhythm guitar which works great on this song. At the end there is a vamp on cue means that you repeat those chords till the guitar solo ends. Gmaj7 / Bm7 / Em / Am / Gmaj7 / Bm7 / Em / Am / D / Am / D / D / Am / Bm / Am / D / D Gmaj7 / Bm7 / Em / Am / Gmaj7 / Bm7 / Em / Am / D / Am / D / D / Am / Bm / Am / D / D Gmaj 7 / Bm / Am / D / Gmaj7 / Bm / Am / D Gmaj7 / Am – Vamp on cue After that part I show you how to play the theme of this great song and after that I give you some tips how you can play a great improvisation on the vamp. At the very end I play a solo myself for you to give you some additional inspiration but for sure you need to check out the original song by Carlos Santana if you dont know it by now.
