Here I will show you how to practice the basic figures in rock guitar by also including your body. Feeling the beat with your whole body makes your timing get up to the precision level of 100%. Pay close attention to my instructions and if you are an experienced player and you have never done this before you also should go back to the basics to reach the 100% precision level. Also practice the same exercises in different tempos. In this tutorial I am using 95, 85 and 105 bpm.
